It’s NOT for those looking for some secret shortcut… You do have to either put in some work, hire someone else to do it for you, or invest an obscene amount of money in some sneaky software that needs to be constantly updated to keep up with the constant changes at the search engines!

The MOST difficult part though is often locating and convincing business owners to rent domains from you (with or without developed sites).

Many people when first introduced to domaining, get carried away and invest in a ton of domain names, while at the same time bogging down when trying to monetize their portfolios.

At the request of several friends and clients who were struggling with this very issue, I taught a six-week workshop on ranking and then renting domains.  After the training ended, I worked with my students for several months, watching them very closely, and asking them for feedback on how I could make the training easier to master.
